We decided to set this blog up as a means of updating everyone who is interested in his progress through his many surgeries and obstacles he faces with his apert syndrome. We hope you keep Jake close to your heart and collectively we give him strength and courage to overcome the adversity this syndrome places upon him. ***Please note the blog is in reverse chronological order so if you want to read from the beginning click on the archive links on the side of the blog.

Nona says:
We all can't wait to welcome Jake back home and give hims lots of kisses.
I couldn't have a better hanukkah present having him home with his family.
May the light of the Hanukkah candles kindle all our spirits to be strong through the dark times in our lives. There is always light peeking through the other side.
all my love,
your nona
